My name is Tim Arsenault and I have spent a good portion of my life fishing for Steelhead and Salmon all around the Pacific Northwest region,and over a decade in fly fishing retail. During this time I was exposed to a great many talented people, fly lines, rods, and just about everything else involving fly fishing. As I continued working in the industry I developed ideas about where fly lines and tackle could go in terms of design and intended uses, as well as what I wanted and expected out of the tackle I used day in and day out. 

Along the way I found myself involved in Tournament distance Spey Casting, which seemed like a great way to learn about casting, and to try rods and lines that were (and still are) on the extreme edge of innovation. The years I spent improving my casting and cutting Tournament lines exponentially raised my expectations of how a line and rod combination can and should perform. The idea that all fly fishing tackle can be elevated in both performance and fun is what drives my ambitions in tackle design.

 I make a point of working with amazing long time Anglers, Casters, Guides, and most importantly good friends in my pursuit of designing fly fishing tackle. The list of people is too long to display here but collaboration is an important part of what Bridge Outfitting is all about.
